1Free events
Registration for free events costs nothing. If you can no longer attend, please let us know at delhi.ilsians@gmail.com so that your seat can be offered to another member.
2Paid events
Some events charge a registration fee. The fee is shown on the event page before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
3Cancelling your registration
If you cancel at least 7 days before the event you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after that date are not refundable.
To cancel, write to delhi.ilsians@gmail.com and include the registration number (it looks like REG-123) from your confirmation email.
4If we cancel or change an event
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of the fee you paid. If we postpone it, you may keep your registration for the new date or ask for a full refund.
5How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
6Payment problems
If money was deducted but you did not receive a confirmation, write to us with the transaction reference from your payment receipt and we will resolve it promptly.
